None of the Spice Girls reached out to Mel B during her overdose four years ago, RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal.
Mel B tried to take her own life twice by overdosing on pills, she confessed in her memoir, Brutally Honest, further noting all her fellow girl band members reached out during the nightmare ordeal, but now sources claim to Radar “it simply isn’t true.”
“She didn’t hear from any of them,” the informant claimed. “The only celebrity that contacted her was Simon Cowell.”
The former Spice Girls singer, 43, wrote about the two shocking cries for help.
She claimed in the manuscript that she was 14 when she first swallowed Anadin Plus pills.
Then, in 2014, at the age of 39, the X Factor judge claimed she overdosed on 200 Anadin pills, and had to be rushed to the hospital.
As readers know, the troubled star returned to a live taping of British X Factor days after the terrifying suicide attempt. At the time, sources told Radar it had not been an intentional overdose.
The troubled star is currently locked in a nasty custody battle with Belafonte over the custody of their daughter, Madison, 7, in which she agreed to submit to random drug tests administered by the court.
